Hi, my name is Fang. My friend Sheriff and I are making a list of parked domains and are developing tools to use it.
Why, you ask? Needless to say, parked domains suck! We started this project to help reduce this suckage.
So, without further ado, here is the list (FAQ follows):

What is a parked domain?
A parked domain is an Internet site without anything real behind it. Often parked domains are just generic Web sites that just have advertisements on them, e.g. arthritis-expert.com.
How do parked domains effect me?
If you're like most people, you've probably been to these domains unwittingly, usually either through search engine links or by slightly mistyping a Web address. In essence, they are at best a waste of time.
The list is clearly valuable—so why is it freely available?
We are doing it to ensure accuracy via feedback and to provide full transparency.
What tools are in the making?
We are currently developing a Firefox extension to prevent going to parked domains as well as to report them.
What APIs are in the making?
We are currently developing both downloadable and Web service access to the list. Stay tuned.
How big is the list?
The list currently has 3,628,394 parked domains on it.
Do you have any other stats?
Sure, here's one more. We're finding that at least 35% of all domains with Web sites are parked domains! That even surprises us....
Why are only certain letters covered?
We just started (Oct 2008), and haven't yet finished our first crawl. Please be patient.
How do you generate the list?
We crawl the Web looking for parked domains. Our algorithm is designed to have zero false positives at the time of identification.
How can I check the list for a particular domain?
You can browse the list using the alphabetical directory above. All the domains on the list are in the directory.
How can I report parked domains?

How can I report a false positive?
First, we're very sorry for any inconvenience this false positive may have caused you. Seriously. Second, find the domain in the list, using the alphabetical directory above. Finally, click the X next to the domain to report it as a false positive.
